Located at the end of Red Birch Court, off East Glen Avenue, opposite BF Middle School. Twinney Pond is a Kettle pond dating back to the ice age and is fed only by rain water.

We have teamed up with an ecologist from Rutgers to start the removal of invasive plants and replanting with native shrubbery and perennials.  This is an ongoing project to make the park more beautiful and to attract more natural wildlife, including pollinators.
